Once you experience the luxury of their no-bounce smooth ride, we believe you will join us in saying, "Why ride anything else?" Maridel's parents brought some of the first Paso Fino horses into the Pacific Northwest in 1967. Their stallion Carlitos was imported from Puerto Rico and two mares Secoya and Velera were also from Pure Puerto Rican lines. Today, we are riding descendants of those horses and have added other top-notch bloodlines from Puerto Rico and Colombia to our breeding program. Are you looking for a Paso Fino with Color? Our first foal arrived May 25th at 11:45 p.m. It's a Colt! It's a Buckskin! It's also a Tobiano Pinto! He is Gorgeous! Click for more photos and info about "Mr. Quigley". CHESTNUT FILLY WITH LOTS OF CHROME born June 12th at 2:30 p.m. Click for photos and information about "Daisy". She has 3 long socks that are hard to see in this photo. We offer a few select horses for sale. If you are ready to hit the trails or possibly entering some shows, please consider one of our professionally trained riding horses. Click for current list. Perhaps you would enjoy the fulfillment and satisfaction of getting a younger horse and watching it grow and blossom under your care. Our colt born in May and filly born in June will be for sale. Click here for more information. If you are interested in riding a Paso Fino before you make a decision about buying a horse, or would like more information about training or tack, please contact us. We are members of the National and Northwest Paso Fino Horse Associations and Western States Paso Finos. Our list of contacts include other breeders and trainers in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, California, and British Columbia, Canada. We can also help you find dealers and manufacturers of gaited horse saddles and tack that are comfortable and appropriate for Paso Finos. At Syringa Ranch our goal is to produce and offer horses with:smooth natural gaits, correct conformation, proven bloodlines, and people-oriented dispositions that make them a joy to be around. It is also important to us that the Rider and the Horse are a good match and that you enjoy your Paso in the ways you want:on the trail, in the show ring, breeding and raising foals, showing off your pride of ownership at parades or expos.
